Nearly all of our B2B deliveries are handled directly by our own team. This means our trusted drivers don’t just drop the goods at your loading bay — they’ll work with you to help unload and place your stock safely into your storage facility where possible. This added level of service helps ensure a smooth and professional handover, especially during busy seasonal periods when time and precision matter most.
Occasional Use of Trusted Couriers
While we strongly prefer using our own vans and drivers, there are instances where using a specialist courier or pallet network makes more sense — particularly for long-distance deliveries, timed drops, or when handling certain product types. In these cases, we work with a small number of trusted partners who operate national fleets of vans or palletised delivery systems. Each of these deliveries is quoted and charged on a case-by-case basis, allowing you to see clear, upfront costs before confirming your order.

For orders over £3,000 net, we typically cover the full cost of delivery. This means no hidden charges or surprise fees — just another way we help you manage your business more efficiently.
